Things to do: Props

Please read this document:

Monday-

Map: Can someone photocopy the Map at least 10 times on white cartridge paper (not normal  paper).This is for the scene when Jamie rips up the map. On Tuesday night or Wednesday morning I will be tweaking the map in-order to make it look like the original piece. If claudy is not available on Monday, then could shanti please collect the map as you live close. If not then can someone else collect it, thank you!

Art Books: Can someone please go to Westminster Library and get as many art books so we could use them for Sophies room, I want piles of them!

Call sheets: whoever is making the call sheet please remind them to bring in socks as no shoes are allowed in the house! (claudy will be brining her Peng hoover), everything needs to be clean and polished once we get out! 

Pictures: Any pics of Sophie and Jamies please print out, I will be sending pictures to print out for both Sophie and Jamies room. Also can someone print out issacs drawing so I can paint over them (this could be on bigger paper). 

The things that needed to be printed will be sent to the Eventa email. 

Tuesday:

-All items should be delivered on this day and once delivered I will make my way there

-The first person who is in the house please take pictures of everything! 

-Set up time 4.30pm-12pm (depends how quickly we can get it done, and we can have dinner)

I will be explaining the design for each room. We will split into two teams; one team works on Sophies room the others Jamies room. I need one person who could construct and dent the dolls house and to fill it in, once they are done they will help with Jamies room as his room has more preparation. 

Props needed from everyone: 

Tin-box, bottle, map book - not to sure who has it?

Gabie- lunchbox + banana case, palette, art brushes (any Art Supplies) , toys, stuff for Sophie, any items around the house, bring your speaker (need music when setting up).

Shantel- Stationary (any), two blue and yellow one, glue, fairy lights, toys ( x1 cow, x1 sheep, x1 teddy bear), plants, map, any items around the house.

Maj- Tiger tiger items, easel, lantern, any items around the house. 

Claudy- prop bag from bakery shoot (scarf, map, ect), mummy props (toys, table ect), blanket, tapestry, archaeology set, compass (may arrive Tuesday or earlier), gardening set. any items around the house.

Harji- any items around the house/ anything for Sophie (jewellery, notepad, bags ect)

Glenda- Frame (someone please tell Glenda)

ALL: If anyone has command strips, tape, blue tack - Please bring them in!!!! The more we have is great! Also bring in as many toys you can find and ornaments! If you also have stuff that are already listed BRING IT IN! 

The dolls house: Please find any items so we could fill it up

PlEASE KEEP A RECORD OF THE THINGS THAT YOU MAY BRING IN, especially any extra  items. 

ANY POSTAGE/BOXES THAT YOU HAVE PLEASE BRING THEM ALONG!
